Missed Appointments or Late Cancellations: We understand that sometimes unavoidable circumstances cause cancellations or missed appointments, however if this is a last minute occurrence or if we have not been informed in advance this means that the appointment cannot be filled with another patient. Therefore, If an appointment needs to be changed, we require 24 hours notice. All missed appointments or last minute cancellations must be made up on the same day if there is availability. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of the full price of your appointment is charged on your account. The fee is not covered by any insurance of public health system and should be paid by the patient. People who consistently miss or reschedule appointments will sadly be discharged, as you will not reach the desired outcome and we do not wish to waste your time.
Recovery: This is one of the most important variables that people are concerned. Please remember that healing time varies from person to person and at different age-groups. If your recovery is not as expected during your rehabilitation, please discuss this with us.
Fees: The charge of the appointment is created at the time of the service. This can be either paid in advance or at the time of service and you can pay by card or cash or via bank transfer. Your physiotherapist is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP UK) and registered with HCPC UK and Pancyprian Association of Physiotherapy. This should recognize him by all major health insurance companies. However, you should discuss this with your insurance company in advance, as we do not hold direct contact or contracts with them in order to be given the approval to initiate physiotherapy at M.P.
